Return policy
Items shipped from espotegypt.com, including espot Warehouse, can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached. Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund. If an item to be returned, contact us through our website.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your Espot wallet or the original payment account, as per your request.
Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 5 to 7 working days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding. - The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
